This article is mainly for the average poker player who would like to win at multi-table tournaments in other words, MTTs. This article will have five different parts all of them looking at each level of play.

The key factor of tournaments like these is to be patient. If you fold enough hands, you will find yourself moving closer to the last table. Now let us look at the type of bankroll and outlook you should have before discussing the multi table tournaments.

The bankroll for MTTs

You have to be very patient since tournament plays are at times very boring. Being patient earns you the MTTs. You may be lucky occasionally, but to come out as a winner each time you play calls for patience.

The multi-table tournament plan needs three main components so as to be successful:

1.     Skill (30%)-in order to win the MTTs a player need to be skilled. You must have the idea of when to fold'em and also when to hold'em.  2.     Discipline (30%) – in order to win over and over again, you need to have very strong mental discipline.
